摘要
新中国成立60年来,民族法制建设成就瞩目。经过60年的实践和发展,已基本形成了以《宪法》为基础,《民族区域自治法》为主干,民族自治地方自治条例和单行条例为主要内容,包括国务院及其各部门制定的行政法规、部门规章以及各地方制定的民族方面的法规、行政规章的具有中国特色的社会主义民族法律法规体系,成为中国特色社会主义法律体系的重要组成部分。本文回顾了60年来我国民族法制发展历程和成就,并总结了民族法制建设的基本经验,在此基础上,探讨了民族法制现代化的若干问题。
The 60 years since the People＇s Republic of China founded, the national legal system construction achievements is the focus of world attention. After 60 years practice and development, China has basically formed the national laws and regulations system of socialism with Chinese characteristics that take ＂constitution＂ as the basis, ＂law of regional national autonomy＂ as the backbone, autonomous regulations of national autonomy region and separate regulations as the main content. It is an important component of legal system of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
