摘要
采用ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ法测定肝毒净颗粒剂中岩白菜素的含量。固定相为Ｓｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂ－Ｃ１８柱（１０μｍ，４．６×２５０ｍｍ），流动相为甲醇－水（２０：８０），检测波长为２７５ｎｍ。岩白菜素的平均加样回收率为９９．２７％。
The RP-HPLC assay of Berginin in Gandujing Granule with Spherisorb _C18 column(10μm,4.6×250mm),mobile phase was MeOH_H2O(2∶8),detecting wavelength was 275nm. The average recovery of Berginin was 99.27%in this study.
