摘要
为了研究实践社区与隐性知识转化之间的关系,采用自编实践社区隐性知识转化评价问卷以及实践社区中隐性知识转化影响因素问卷,对银川、南京、上海、重庆、深圳等地企业的320名实践社区成员进行测量,通过结构方程建模,探讨了实践社区中隐性知识转化的过程及其影响因素。结果表明:(1)自编问卷具有良好的信度和效度;(2)隐性知识转化分为知识技能的获得和情感信任的增强两个维度;(3)影响实践社区中隐性知识转化的因素分别为激励创新、组织活动、信息环境和社区氛围,其中激励创新、组织活动和社区氛围三个因素对隐性知识转化有显著的预测作用。
To explore the tacit knowledge transfer of CoP and its influential factors, we used two self-developed questionnaires of CoP' s Tacit Knowledge Transfer and Its Influential Factors and modeled a structural equation. The samples included 320 members of CoP in different enterprises from 6 cities and districts such as Yinchuan, Nanjing and Shanghai. The result shows that the validity and reliability of questionnaires are good; tacit knowledge transfer consists of 2 dimensions, acquiring the knowledge and skill and heightening the emotion and trust; the influential factors of tacit knowledge transfer are the information resource, the innovating and stimulating mechanism, activities of CoP and the circumstances of communities, the last three of which have a significant predicting effect on the knowledge transfer of CoP.
