摘要 本研究将国内某高校英语演讲课TBT协同创新教研共同体组建思路及成效进行案例分析,指出传统单打独斗的一人挑模式已不再适应新时期的演讲课教学。研究在"产出导向法"(POA)理论体系观照下收集数据,定量、定性手段相结合,发现了TBT共同体在演讲教学中的几个积极作用:加深教学团队认知互动,极大促进教师专业发展;课程模块趋于优化,课堂知识融合循序递进;学生演讲学习内生动力二次唤醒,课堂师生对话思维含量激增。 The research, based on POA theory, centers on a brand new construction of the TBT community to facilitate English public speaking course. After some qualitative and quantitative studies, the researcher finds that TBT plays a more significant role in the teaching and research of English public speaking: it enhances cognitive interaction among teaching members and facilitates their professional development; it optimizes the course structure and promotes knowledge integration; it reignites students' passion for learning public speaking and sees the blossom of class teaching and learning blessed with wisdom and experties.
