Integrating classroom instruction with self-access learning

摘要 本文为多维一体教学法项目前期试验阶段报告。多维一体指把课堂教学与利用自选学习中心自发治学相结合。全文共分五节。(1)确立以学生为中心的教学思想;(2)自发治学理论的现状,(3)多维一体教学法基本构思,其中包括建立学生动态数据库,筹建自选学习中心,发展新型师生关系等;(4)存在问题;(5)本教学法的前景展望。 It presents a report of a pilot research project on integrating classroom instruction with self-access learning at Language Centre of the Baptist University of Hong Kong. The subjects are freshmen who take one-year English enhancement course. A quality control database is designed that includes three sub-bases, namely pre-training, integrated exposure and post-training. Each sub-base in turn consists of a series of files, such as self-access learning training file, self-access centre exposure file, classroom instruction file, progress monitoring file, etc. The database serves two major functions; one is to facilitate parameter correlation analysis, and the other is to provide statistic support to the learner counseling and the diagnosing of learner problems.
