摘要
本文探讨了香石竹试管苗增殖过程中,不同的生长调节剂、碳源、水质对增殖效果的影响。研究结果表明:在NAA0.5mg/L和6-BA1.0mg/L的生长调节剂组合下,试管苗增殖效果好、苗壮,增殖率达4.7。用40g/L的市售白糖代替30g/L化学纯蔗糖作为培养基的碳源是可行的,既降低了配制培养基的成本,又不影响苗的增殖和质量;但以自来水代替蒸馏水作培养基的水质,则不利于苗的生长和增殖。
In this paper,the conditions on how different growth regulators,carbon source and water quality effect multiplication rate in the multiplication course of D.caryophyllus test-tube shoots,were inrestigated.The results show:when NAA0.5mg/L and 6-BA1.0mg/L were used at the same time,the effect on multiplication of shoot is best.The quality of shoots is good,It's multiplication rate is 4.7.chemical pure sucrose (30g/L) can be replaced by commercial white sugar (40g/L) as carbon source of culture medium,The cost of compounding culture medium was reduced and the quality and multiplication rate were not lower.But tap water can't replace distilled water as water quality of culture medium because it isn't beneficial to multiplication rate.
