富硒蛹虫草对小鼠降血脂和抗氧化作用的影响 被引量:15

The Effect of Selenium-enrich Cordyceps militaris on Hypolipidemic and Qnti-oxidant on Mice

摘要 目的探讨富硒蛹虫草的降血脂和抗氧化作用。方法昆明种雄性小鼠60只,随机分4组(n=15只/组):正常对照组、高脂模型组、普通蛹虫草组、富硒蛹虫草组。用不同的饲料持续喂养5周,每周的固定时间称量小鼠体质量1次,第5周断头取血后解剖小鼠,检测血清总胆固醇(T-CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及肝组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果富硒蛹虫草组与高脂模型组相比,T-CHO和TG的含量降低,HDL-C的含量升高,均达到了显著水平(P<0.05);LDL-C含量降低(P>0.05);GSH-Px和SOD活性升高,MDA含量降低,均达到了显著水平(P<0.05)。并且富硒蛹虫草的降血脂与抗氧化作用均高于普通蛹虫草。结论富硒蛹虫草具有良好的降血脂和抗氧化作用。 Objective To discuss the hypolipidemic and anti - oxidant effect of Se - enrich C. militaris. Methods Sixty kunming male mice were randomly assigned to four groups (n = 15 in each group) : base control group, high lipid model group, ordinary C. militaris group, Se - enrich C. militaris group. With different feed continuous feeding for five weeks, the body weights of mice were weighed at fixed - time weekly. In the fifth week, the mice were decapitated after taking out the blood from mice. The total cholesterol( T - CHO), triglyeride ( TG), high - density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL - C ), low - density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL - C ) of serum and the glutathione peroxidase ( GSH - Px), superoxide dismutase ( SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) of liver tissue were measured. Results Compared Se - enrich C. militaris group to high lipid model group, T - CHO and TG content decreased, HDL - C content increased to significant levels ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; LDL - C content decreased ( P 〉 0.05 ). GSH - Px and SOD activity increased, MDA content decreased to a significant level (P 〈 0.05). And Se - enrich C. militaris of hypolipidemic and anti - oxidant were higher than ordinary C. rnilitaris. Conclusion Se - enrich C. militaris has good hypolipidemic and anti - oxidant effect.
