蛋氨酸螯合硒对运动大鼠血脂和抗氧化物酶的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Selenium Methionine on Lipid and Antioxidant Enzymes in Serum of Moving Rats

摘要 蛋氨酸螯合硒(selenium methionine,Se-Met)是以蛋氨酸和亚硒酸钠为原料合成的一种食品强化剂。为了评价Se-Met的抗氧化性,实验建立了运动大鼠模型,研究了蛋氨酸螯合硒对运动大鼠血脂含量和抗氧化物酶活力的影响。将60只大鼠随机分成3组:对照组、非运动组和运动组,对照组喂基础饲料,运动组和非运动组灌胃Se-Met,连续7d,并于第1、2、3、5、7天分别采血,分离血清,检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量,以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活力。结果表明:蛋氨酸螯合硒对运动大鼠血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量都有降低作用(p<0.01),而对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量有一定升高作用(p<0.05);同时,可以提高超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活力,运动组强于非运动组。服用蛋氨酸螯合硒可减弱因运动引起的脂质过氧化作用,清除体内自由基。 Selenium methionine is a dietary supplement,which can be cynthesized by using methionine and sodium selenite as the starting materials.In order to assess the antioxidant activity of selenium methionine,moving rats model was established,the influence of selenium methionine on lipid content and antioxidant enzyme activity in serum of moving rats was studied.Sixty rats tested in the experiments were divided into three groups:control group,experimental group and experimental group (exercise group),the of which control group was fed with basic diet,and the experimental groups were fed with selenium methionine for seven days.The blood was collected at first,second,third,fifth and seventh day.Through separating the serum,the contents of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),and activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) were all determined.The results show that TC,TG,and LDL-C in serum for moving rats were reduced owing to the diet of selenium methionine (p<0.01),while HDL-C was increased (p<0.05),and the activities of SOD and POD were enhanced.The effect was better for exercise group than for the non-exercise group.After taking selenium methionine,lipid peroxidation effect and free radicals in serum of moving rats were reduced.
