摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定郁李仁中苦杏仁苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱:Supelco ODS C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇-水(20:80);柱温:25℃;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:210 nm。结果苦杏仁苷峰分离良好,苦杏仁苷浓度在0.06613~4.232 μg间线性关系良好,r=1.0000,平均回收率为95.91%(RSD=2.29%)。结论本方法准确、可靠,可用于郁李仁中苦杏仁苷的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of amygdalin in Semen Prtmi. Methods The analytical column was Supelco ODS C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), with methanol-water (20 : 80) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The linear range for amygdalin was 0.066 13-4.232μg (r=1.0000) The average recovery was 95.91% (RSD=2.29%). Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, and can be used in the determination of amygdalin in Semen Pruni.
