离子色谱法测定郁李仁药材中的二氧化硫残留量 被引量:5

摘要 目的采用离子色谱法测定郁李仁药材中的二氧化硫残留量。方法郁李仁药材经水蒸汽蒸馏提取,以Dionex Ionpac AS11A阴离子色谱柱分离,12 mmol/L KOH溶液等度洗脱,流速1.2 ml/min,柱温30℃。结果在0.5~50.0 mg/L范围内硫酸根离子线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 8,二氧化硫的检出限0.08 mg/L,加标回收率为98.4%~101.6%。结论本法简单快速,可避免假阳性干扰,适用于郁李仁中药材的二氧化硫残留量检测。 Objective To established the determination method of sulfur dioxide in semen pruni by ion chromatography. Methods Samples were extracted using steam distillation. The sulfate ion was separated on a Dionex Ionpac AS11A ion exchange column using 12 mmol/L KOH as mobile phase with a fow rate of 1.2 ml/min. Column temperature was 30 ℃ . Results The results showed that sulfate ion was well isolated. The calibration graph of sulfate ion was linear within 0.5 ~ 50.0 mg/L (r=0.999 8). The detection limit of sulfur dioxide was 0.08 mg/L and the average recoveries were 98.4%~101.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, avoid false positives and suitable for the determination of sulfur dioxide in semen pruni.
