摘要
磷酸二氢钾是一种高浓度优质磷钾复合肥,传统工艺一般采用中和法,生产成本高。研究了几种新的低成本的磷酸二氢钾生产方法,以磷矿粉、氯化钾和浓硫酸为原料时,小试过程磷矿粉钝化严重,分解率低,磷钾收率低;直接以普钙为原料,与硫酸钾或硫酸氢钾反应,因大量钾石膏的生成和携带,磷钾收率也不高;采用普钙的浸取液与硫酸钾反应,所得磷酸二氢钾纯度较高,磷钾收率高。结果表明,浸取液中磷质量为15 g时,加入18.5 g硫酸钾,所得磷酸二氢钾中硫酸根杂质质量分数为16.85 %,钾收率达100 %,磷收率达72.35 %。
Neutralizing phosphate acid is troditional method of producing high efficiency and high quality fertilizer of potassium hydrophophate, which is costly. Two or three new methods were studied by experiment. When phosphorite,potassium chloride and oil of vitriol were used as materials, phophorite was passivated seriously and phosphorite decompose rate is low and phosphor and potassium yield rate is low. When single super phosphate and potassium sulphate or potassium hydrosulphate were used as materials because of much appeared syhgenite, phosphor and potassium yield rate is very low. When single super phosphate lixivium and potassium sulphate were used as materials, potassium hydrophosphate yield rate and the purity are high. The effect shows that when lixivium phosphor oxid content reaches 15, adding 18.5 gram potassium sulphate to lixivium,impurity mass rate in potassium hydrophophate is 16.85 %, potassium callback rate reaches 100 %, and phophor callback rate reaches 72. 35%.
