摘要
研究了相转移催化合成三唑磷的方法,采用复合催化剂,原料易得,反应条件温和,产率较高.经过大量试验,所选择的较佳合成条件为:反应温度:20℃~35℃,pH为7~8,催化剂为TBAB+DMAP,每种0.04 g/mol,溶剂为二氯甲烷:1300 ml/mol.三唑磷收率为90.2%.
Synthesis of triazophos by complex phase transfer catalysis was studied. Result showed that the starting material was obtained easily and the reaction condition was mild with high yield of product. The optimal condition was chosen as reaction temperature of 20 - 35℃, pH 7 - 8, catalysis TBAB and DMAP ( each 0.04 g/mol), dichloromethane as solvent ( 1300 ml/mol), and the yield of triazophos was 90.2%.
