摘要
[目的]对林蛙致病菌进行分离鉴定,并对其药物敏感性及与益生菌间的作用进行研究。[方法]从患病的林蛙中分离到1株致病菌LWS1,通过API ID32GN系统(细菌自动鉴定系统)鉴定为解藻朊酸弧菌(Vibro alginolyticus),然后进行药敏试验和拮抗试验。[结果]药敏试验表明,菌株对青霉素G、苯唑青霉素、氨苄青霉素、新生霉素、万古霉素等不敏感,对头孢噻吩、氧氟沙星、卡那霉素等中度敏感,对氯霉素、舒普深、先锋必、痢特灵等高度敏感。拮抗试验表明,益生菌枯草芽孢杆菌、丁酸梭菌对该菌株具有抑制作用。[结论]可以考虑筛选枯草芽孢杆菌等益生菌来预防林蛙烂口病的发生。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to isolate and identify pathogen from Rana rotten-mouth-diseases, and to study its drug sensitivity and the action with probiotics. [ Method ] One strain of pathogen was isolated from rotten-mouth-diseases in Rana, and then was proved to be Vi- bro algirtolyticus through API ID 32 GN System. Sensitive tests and antagonism tests were carried out following. [ Result] The results of antimicrobial sensitive tests showed that it was resistant to penicillin G, proctaphlin sodium, ampicillin, new mildew element , vaneomycin etc. and insenstentive to spore thiophen, ofloxacin, kanamyein etc. , and sensitive to ehloramphenieol, sulperazon, cefoperazone sodium, furazolidone etc. The preobiotes Bacillus subtilis and Clostridium butyricum showed inhibitory action to Vibro alginolyticus. [ Conclusion] The preobiotes such as Bacillus subtilis could be used to prevent the occurrence of rotten-mouth-diseases.
