蜂胶佐剂对异育银鲫嗜水气单胞菌灭活疫苗的免疫增强试验 被引量:7

摘要 本文就蜂胶佐剂对鱼类细菌性疫苗的免疫增强作用进行了首次评价。试验以异育银鲫嗜水气单胞菌灭活疫苗为对象 ,比较了蜂胶佐剂、铝胶佐剂和无佐剂三种疫苗对银鲫的免疫效果。经抗体监测表明 ,免疫接种后第 2周 ,蜂胶佐剂组银鲫已检测到血清抗体 ,随后抗体效价迅速上升 ,第 4周达到峰值 2 5。铝胶佐剂组和无佐剂组第 3周检测到抗体 ,铝胶佐剂组第 5周达到峰值 2 5,无佐剂组第 4周达到峰值 2 4。银鲫免疫后第 5周进行攻毒保护试验 ,发现蜂胶佐剂组、铝胶佐剂组和无佐剂组的免疫保护率分别为 77.3%、6 5 .0 %和5 6 .3%。试验结果表明 ,蜂胶佐剂能有效增强异育银鲫细菌性灭活疫苗的免疫保护力。 The immune enhancing effect of propolis-adjuvant used in fish vaccine was the first time assessment in this paper. The Carassius auratus gibelio's Aeromonas hydrophila(Ah) formalin inactivated bacterial vaccine was prepared and the immune efficiency was compared of three vaccine groups: propolis-adjuvant, aluminum-adjuvant and no-adjuvant inactivated vaccine. The antibody examination showed that the serum antibody could be tested at the second week in propolis-adjuvant group, and as time went on, the antibody titer reached its peak value of 2 5 at the fourth week. In aluminum-adjuvant and no-adjuvant groups, the antibody could be examined at the third week. The antibody titer produced by aluminum-adjuvant was the highest (2 5) at the fifth week and the titer of no-adjuvant was the highest (2 4) at the fourth week. While at the fifth week, all fish was challenged with Ah strain SH and the RPS of three vaccines were 77.3%, 65.0% and 56.3% respectively. The results revealed that the immune protection of bacterial inactivated vaccine in Carassius auratus gibelio could be improved by propolis-adjuvant.
