摘要
从利用钢铁企业副产高炉煤气出发,论述了在石灰窑中采用高炉煤气和天然气的混合燃气作为燃料的可行性,对燃烧混合燃气时石灰窑的热效率和热耗等进行了计算与分析,测算了经济效益。石灰窑燃烧混合燃气的实践表明,该混烧工艺既有利于富余高炉煤气的综合利用,又降低了生产石灰的用气成本,具有良好的经济效益、节能降耗效益、环保效益。
Based on the utilization of by-product gas in iron and steel industry, the feasibility of using the mixed gas of blast furnace gas and natural gas as a fuel in lime kiln is discussed. The thermal efficiency and thermal consumption of lime kiln during burning the mixed gas are calculated and analyzed, and the economic benefit is evaluated. The practice of burning the mixed gas shows that the mixed combustion process favors the comprehensive utilization of surplus blast furnace gas and reduces gas consumption cost for producing lime, thus it has good economic and environmental benefits.
