摘要
焦炉煤气是一种极具开发潜力的富氢能源,不仅热值高,还具有来源广泛、高转化效率的特点。随着焦炉煤气制甲醇、制LNG、提氢、合成氨等技术的开发,焦化厂与下游用气客户就焦炉煤气定价矛盾日益突出。因此,合理制定焦炉煤气价格有利于焦化厂的效益提升及公平交易。本文从焦炉煤气热值及其综合利用路径两个角度出发,探讨了不同模式下焦炉煤气的定价过程及价格,并对比分析了不同定价机制下焦炉煤气的价格,其中采用炼焦用煤定价法对当前焦化企业最为有利。本着提高焦化企业综合收益的原则,为其他焦化厂焦炉煤气的定价提供参考思路。
Coke oven gas is a kind of hydrogen-rich energy with great development potential.It not only has high cal-orific value,but also has the characteristics of wide source and high conversion efficiency.With the development of technologies such as methanol,hydrogen,LNG and ammonia synthesis from coke oven gas,coke oven gas has been developed and utilized with high quality.Therefore,the reasonable customization of coke oven gas price is conducive to the economic benefits improvement and fair trade of the coking factory.Based on the calorific value of coke oven gas and its comprehensive utilization path,this paper discussed the pricing process and price of coke oven gas under different modes.And compared the price of coke oven gas under different pricing mechanisms.Among them,the coking coal pricing method is the most favorable for the current coking enterprises.In line with the principle of im-proving the comprehensive income of coking enterprises,it provided reference ideas for the pricing of coke oven gas in other coking plants.
