摘要
叙述了气烧套筒窑烧制活性石灰的原理 ,并以日产 5 0 0t活性石灰的气烧套筒窑为例探讨和总结了生产工艺特点 ,生产控制要点、所取得的环境效益和社会效益、所生产的活性石灰质量及活性石灰在炼钢中的应用效果。
This paper narrates the theory that the BASK burns active lime, and taking 500 t/d active lime gas-BASK as an example, the characteristic of production process, the important point of technique control, the environment and community benefit, the quality of active lime, and its application in steel-making are studied and summed up.
