摘要
目的对临床护理教师评判性思维倾向的影响因素进行探索性研究,为完善临床护理教师培养、培训提供可借鉴的理论参考。方法本研究为横断面调查,以293名临床护理教师为研究对象,采用加利福尼亚评判性思维倾向问卷中文版及自设调查表为研究22具。结果年龄、22龄、教龄、职称、护理查房、进修情况、发表文章、阅读习惯、阅读时间及内容、对教师角色的基本态度、教学日记、接受教学建议、讨论教学问题、接受问卷调查情况与评判性思维倾向发展呈正相关;临床护理教师受传统教学模式影响程度与评判性思维倾向发展呈负相关。结论临床及教学经验、职称、非学历继续教育、阅读习惯、良好教学调控状态及反馈可促进护理教师评判性思维倾向发展;传统教学模式是阻碍护理教师评判性思维倾向发展的因素之一。
Objective To investigate effect factors of critical thinking disposition of clinical nursing teachers, in order to provide theoretical basis for consummating nursing teachers' continuing education training. Methods A cross-sectional cluster sampling survey was conducted among 293 clinical nursing teachers. Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version (CTDI-CV) was used to investigate critical thinking disposition of the teachers,and self-designed questionnaire was used to collect general information for teachers. Results Age,length of service,length of teaching experience,professional title,nursing rounds,advanced study,publishing articles,reading habit,reading time and contents,basic attitude towards the role of teacher, teaching diary ,accepting teaching suggestions,discussing teaching problems,and frequency of investigation were positively related to critical thinking disposition. Influence of traditional teaching model on the teachers was negatively related to critical thinking. Conclusions Experience of clinical-teaching,professional title,continuing education,reading habit,favorable teaching condition,and effective teaching feedback can improve critical thinking disposition of nursing teachers,while traditional teaching model is one of the main factors that impede the development of critical thinking disposition of nursing teachers.
