摘要
论述了步进电机的工作原理,提出了一种以AT89S52单片机为基础的步进电机控制模块的设计方案,以Keil C51为编程环境,Proteus为软件平台,所有控制方案均通过实验得以实现,为数控系统的智能化控制和提高步进电机控制系统的稳定性提供了途径。
This article discussed the principle of stepper motor,a design of the stepper motor-controller module based on microcontroller AT89S52 is put forward,including the programming eniroment of Keil C51 and the software platform of Proteus.All the control programs have been achieved in experimentals,it provided avenues to the intelligent control of CNC and stability of the stepper motor-controller module.
