摘要
针对如何实现水稻育秧棚卷帘门的精确控制问题,设计了基于C8051F350的步进电机控制器。该控制器以可编程并行接口芯片8279与C8051F350单片机为核心,通过对步进电机的操作,实现了育秧棚卷帘门的灵活控制。控制器能够实现卷帘门的上卷、下卷等7个工作状态以及卷帘门运行速度和运行状态的显示。控制器的硬件系统主要包括GPRS模块、脉冲分配、驱动、光耦、键盘和显示电路等。实验测试表明:利用该控制器完成的育秧棚卷帘门控制,具有结构简单、方便可靠以及易于掌握等优点。
For how to realize the precise control of the problem on rice seedlings for tent book door,the design stepping motor controller based on C8051F350.The controller with programmable parallel interface chip 8279 and C8051F350 single-chip processor core,through to the step motor operation,realize the flexible control seedlings book door tent.The controller can realize the rollup door,politics seven working state,and rolling door speed and running status display.Hardware system mainly include GPRS module,pulse distribution,drive,light coupling,the keyboard and the display circuit.The experiment shows: using the controller of the complete seedlings tent door control simple structure,reliable,convenient operation,easy to master.
