摘要
目的探究有"留守经历"医学生择业效能感的现状,为高校思想政治工作开展提供理论依据。方法采用胡艳红改编的《大学生择业效能感问卷》对104名有"留守经历"医学生和100名无"留守经历"医学生进行测评。结果有、无"留守经历"医学生择业效能感有显著性差异(P<0.05),在自我了解、自我评价、社会支持、信息收集4个因素上均有差异(P<0.05);有"留守经历"医学生择业效能感在性别上无显著性差异(P>0.05),但在自我评价因素上性别差异显著(P<0.05);有"留守经历"医学生择业效能感在学历上存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论早期的"留守经历"对医学生择业效能感有直接影响,但这种影响并非都是消极的,也有积极的层面。
Objective To explore the situation of occupational choice self-efficacy in medical college students who had stay-athome experience, providing a basis for the ideological and political work. Methods By adopting the occupational choice self-efficacy (OCSE) scale of college students, 104 medical students who had stay-at-home experience and 100 medical students who had not stay-at-home experience were evaluated. Results There was significant difference in occupational choice self-efficacy between medical students who had stay-at-home experience and medical students who had not stay-at-home experience and there was also significant difference in self-understanding, self-evaluation, social support and information gathering,and there was no difference in significant occupational choice self-efficacy in terms of gender, but there was significant difference in self-evaluation. Conclusion Early "experience of staying" has a direct impact on the careers of medical students, but not all of which are negative.
