摘要 目的考察初中生抑郁状况及其与家庭亲密度和适应性的关系。方法采用流调中心用抑郁量表与家庭亲密度和适应性量表中文版对320名初中生进行调查,且对这些学生的父亲或母亲施测家庭亲密度和适应性量表。结果初中生整体抑郁水平较高,一半以上的学生表现或可能表现出一定程度的抑郁。初一和初二学生在抑郁上的差异显著。初中生感受到的家庭亲密度和适应性与家长感受到的不一致。初中生的抑郁水平与其评定的家庭适应性呈显著负相关。结论初中生抑郁问题较为普遍,且与其感受到的家庭亲密度和适应性关系密切。 objective To study the prevalence of depression of middle school students and its relations to the degree of intimacy and adaptability in the family. Methods FACES II-CV,CES-D were used to investigate 320 middle school students,and their fathers or mothers were tested FACES II-CV. Results the prevalence of depression of middle school students was higher,more than half of the students had or may show some degrees of depression. There was significant difference in depression between students of grade 1and grade 2. Family intimate degree and adaptability felt by middle school students were inconsistent with their parents felt. For middle school students,the level of depression with their assessment in family adaptability was negatively correlated. Conclusion Depression is a common issue among middle school students,and it is closely related to their senses of intimacy and adapt-ability in the family.
