摘要 从目前旅游市场对外语导游的需求情况调查入手,深入剖析了高职院校对涉外导游专业学生外语能力培养现状与市场需求之间的差异所在及其成因,提出了"基于市场需求,以强化岗位外语实践能力为核心,以满足岗位实际工作需求为目的、以科学的职业能力发展观为评价手段,以校企结合实现资源互补为途径拓宽教学资源并建设"双师型"教师团队"的旅游英语课程改革新思路。 Based on the analysis of an investigation made on the current Chinese domestic tourism manpower market, this study examines the gap between the educational model or its actual effect of the course of Tourism English at higher vocational colleges and the expectation of Employment Market. A new perspective is proposed of reforming the course of Tourism English on the basis of "Marketing-Demand-Orientation", specifically, focusing on the promotion of Students' linguistics practical abilities, aiming at meeting the actual demand of the future post of an English tour guide, getting the access to the tourism industry admittance, and sharing the superior human resources with enterprises.
