摘要
针对过去测试性分析方法计算繁琐、周期长、效率低等缺点,基于模型的方法成为目前测试性设计分析技术的趋势,以多信号模型为基础,结合工作实际提出了一种测试性知识的获取方法。以TEAMS软件为平台,介绍了基于多信号模型的雷达测试性建模和测试性设计分析的原理、过程和结果,为雷达或其他电子装备的测试性设计分析提供了一套有效的方法。
The design of testability greatly affects the fighting performance of advanced and complicated equipment nowadays, but the methods used to evaluate testability, based on manual computation in the past, is fussy, low efficiency and long period. Now the design method based on models is popular. A new way to acquire testability knowledge based on the multi-signal model is proposed. The modeling process and evaluating formu las for the testability of radar Based on the multi-signal model are also illustrated in detail by a TEAMS soft- ware. As a result, an efficient means for radar testability analysis is provided, which is applied to the other electronic equipment
