摘要
针对卫星电源分系统结构复杂、解析建模困难的特点,提出了一种基于多信号流图的系统测试性设计分析和评估方法;通过分析某卫星电源分系统的功能结构和工作模式,建立了系统的多信号模型,并在测试性工程与维修系统(TEAMS)环境下对系统的可测试性水平以及故障诊断能力进行了分析与评估.分析结果表明,该卫星电源分系统的可测试性设计是比较成功的,多信号流图测试性建模分析方法在产品测试性设计中可行、有效.
Satellite power subsystem has complicated structure and it is difficult to build an analytical model for it.In order to improve the system testability,an approach to analyze and evaluate system testability based on multi-signal flow graphs is proposed.After analyzing the function and operation modes of a satellite power subsystem,the multi-signal model of the subsystem is established.Then,the testability level and fault diagnose capability of the subsystem are analyzed and evaluated.Results show that the design for testability(DFT) of the satellite power subsystem is comparatively successful,and the multi-signal flow graphs modeling method is feasible and effective in the DFT of product.
