摘要
可测试性设计能有效提高载人航天故障检测和故障诊断能力,减少系统的维修时间,提高系统可用性,保障系统执行任务的可靠与安全。本文在分析载人航天产品可测试性设计现状基础上,提出了更好地适应载人航天产品可测试性的设计方法,以一航天控制器为例进行了可测试性建模仿真,结果表明此方法在载人航天产品可测试性设计应用中的可行性和有效性。
Testability design can greatly improve fault detection and diagnosis ability, reduce maintenance time, improve availability, and ensure reliability and safety of manned space product. Based on the analysis of current state of testability design of manned space product, a method for testability design that can be better applied to manned space product is presented, and the testability model of a spacecraft controller is set up. Results of the simulation show that the method is feasible and effective in testability design of manned spacecraft production.
