摘要
高水平的公共教育服务体系是教育现代化的关键指标。在政府提供公共教育服务的过程中,学校作为公共机构,是履行公共教育服务职能的主要载体,而校长是政府公共教育服务的重要执行人,其公共服务意识和能力决定了学校公共服务的质量。校长须增强公共教育服务的执行人意识,具体包括公共意识、法人意识、效益意识、教育意识四个方面。
High-quality public educational service system is a key indicator of the modernization of education. In the process of government offering public education service, school as a public institution is the main carrier to fulfill the public educational service function while the principal is the chief executor of the government's public education service and his public service consciousness and capabilities determine the quality of school's public service. Principal must strengthen the executive consciousness of public education service, including public consciousness, legal-person awareness, benefit consciousness and education consciousness.
