尿激酶加肝素混合使用对永久血液透析导管封管效果观察及护理 被引量:12

摘要 血管通路是维持血液透析患者的生命线,是保证血液透析治疗有效进行的重要保证。目前长期留置导管作为无法建立动静脉内瘘的维持性血液透析患者较好的血管替代通路,在临床上应用越来越广泛。临床使用表明永久性深静脉置管的主要存在感染、血栓形成、导管堵塞等并发症,结合以往工作经验,我们推侧使用尿激酶加肝素的方法封管代替肝素常规封管有可能减少血栓形成、堵管的发生率,延长永久性置管的使用寿命。本研究观察上述2种封管方法的疗效及安全J生,结果报告如下。
