摘要
目的评价保险从业人员生命质量,探讨职业紧张对其生理、心理健康和生命质量的相关性。方法整群抽样抽取某市保险公司3家,从中随机抽取保险公司内勤、外勤主管、普通业务员共173人,采用(occupational stress inventory-revised,OSI-R)和(the MOS36-item short form health survey,SF-36)量表对职业紧张和生命质量进行评价。结果工作环境差、任务过重、任务不适对员工生理健康、心理健康和生命质量有显著的负向性影响。业务紧张对生理健康、心理健康、生命质量有显著的负向性影响。自我保健、休养对生理健康、心理健康和生命质量均有显著的正向性影响。结论保险从业人员的生命质量受工作环境、工作任务、业务紧张等多方面的影响。保险公司应重视保险从业人员的健康状况,提高保险从业人员工资待遇,改善其工作条件,减少保险从业人员的职业紧张感,进而改善其生命质量。
Objective To evaluate the quality of life of the insurance practitioners and to explore the correlation of the occupational stress with their physical and mental health and quality of life. Methods The cluster sampling was carried out in 3 insurance companies in a city. A total of 173 people, including back-office workers, field directors and general clerks were randomly selected from every insurance company and questionaired with occupational stress inventory-revised （OSI-R） and and the MOS 36-item short form health survey （SF-36） to evaluate their occupational stress and quality of life. Results Totally 160 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The investigation showed that their physical environment, role overload, role insufficiency had a significant negative impact on their physical health, mental health and quality of life. Occupational stress also had a negative effect on physical health, mental health, quality of life. Self-care and rest showed a significant positive impact on the physical health, mental health and quality of life. Conclusion The quality of life in insurance professionals is affected by physical environment, occupational role, occupational stress and other aspects. Insurance companies should pay attention to the health status of their employees. Efficient measures, such as elevating their wages and improving their working conditions, should be taken to reduce their stress and strain and strengthen their coping resources, which lead to promote their physical and mental health, and improve the quality of their occupational lives as well.
