摘要
在外部环境变动频繁的当下,供应链面临的外部危机越来越多。要实现供应链外部危机的有效管理,必须对危机的外部诱因来源进行具体分析,并对外因诱发的供应链危机的特点进行归纳。借鉴危机管理的相关理论和方法,可以推出基于外因的供应链危机管理的基本思路及一般性管理框架。动态供应链危机管理目标、主动的供应链外部危机管理思想、基于环境扫描的供应链危机预警方法和基于CBR的供应链危机管理等是供应链外部危机管理可以参考的理论和方法。
Under the current circumstances, supply chains are faced with increasing external crisis. To carry out effective crisis management, it is important to analyze the nature of supply chain crisis and the factors that induce the crisis. Drawing on related theories and measures, this article presents a framework for management of supply chain crisis induced by extrinsic factors. Theories on dynamic supply chain crisis management objectives, active management of supply chain crisis, crisis alarming based on environmental responses and CBR based supply chain crisis management provide theoretical resources for management of supply chain crisis induced by extrinsic factors.
