摘要 为有效降低煤矿冻结法凿井冻结站的电能损耗,提高冻结站盐水泵的智能控制水平,设计了一种基于模糊控制的冻结站节能控制系统,详细介绍了系统的硬件工作原理,阐述了系统A/D采样处理模块、模糊控制模块、D/A频率输出模块、远程监控通信模块等的软件设计,并给出了流程图。该系统采用先进的嵌入式系统构建系统硬件控制系统,运用模糊控制算法实现变频器控制电机转速以适应变负荷的流量需求,达到了高效节能控制的目的。 In order to reduce energy loss of coal mine freezing station of sinking with freezing method and increase intelligent control level of brine pump of freezing station effectively, a energy-saved control system of freezing station based on fuzzy control was designed in the paper, working principle of hardware and software design of A/D sampling and processing module, fuzzy control module, D/A frequency output module, communication module of remote monitoring and control of the system were expounded, and the flow chart was given. The system adopts advanced embedded system to construct hardware control system, and uses fuzzy control algorithm to realize frequency converter control for rotate rate of motor which can meet demand of variable load flux, so as to achieve the high efficient energy-saved destination.
