摘要
针对某型单轴速率转台使用的直流力矩电机,设计了专门的PWM驱动电路。采用模糊免疫PID控制代替传统PID控制的方法,调节PWM波的占空比,实现对力矩电机伺服系统的控制。仿真结果表明,采用模糊PID控制能够比传统PID控制能更加有效地提高系统的响应速度,具有良好的抗干扰能力,提高了系统运行的稳定性和鲁棒性。
A PWM drive card was designed aiming at a certain type of DC torque motor used in the speed turntable. A fuzzy immune-PID control method was used instead of the traditional PID method,in order to modulate the PWM waves,and then the control for servo system of torque motor was realized. The simulation results show that,compared with the traditional PID method,the responding time is greatly reduced by using the fuzzy immune-PID control method. And the system gets good anti-interference ability,of which dynamic and steady performances are also improved.
