摘要
双极模式PWM控制是一种工程中常用的提高伺服系统低速性能的方法。由于双极模式PWM控制在零位时会增大电动机的空载损耗 ,所以只适合于中、小功率的伺服系统。本文通过采用SKHI2 2AH4驱动模块、选择合理开关频率等方法 ,将双极模式PWM控制应用在大功率伺服系统中 ,提高了伺服系统的低速性能。实验结果表明 ,某伺服系统的最小平稳速度由 0 0 5°/s提高到 0 0 1°/s。
Bipolar PWM control is often applied in improving the lo w velocity properties. Because unloading power wastage, bipolar PWM control is o nly applied in small and middling power servo system. In this paper by using SKH I22AH4 module and choosing switching frequency, bipolar PWM control is applied i n great power servo system and it improves the low velocity properties of the gr eat servo power system. The results show that the bipolar PWM control improves t he lowest speed from 0.05 °/s to 0.01°/s.
