用于制备纯钛表面新型PEO陶瓷膜最佳电解液配方研究 被引量:1

OPTIMIZATION OF ELECTROLYTE FOR PREPARATION OF Si-INCORPORATED PEO FILM ON PURE TITANIUM

摘要 为筛选出最佳的含硅电解液配方,配制了4种不同的含钙、磷、硅的电解液;对比研究了不同溶液中,等离子火花放电现象以及所制备PEO陶瓷膜的厚度、微观形貌、元素及相组成.结果表明,在4种电解液中,溶液D中制备的氧化膜生长速度较快,且膜层表观均匀光滑;该氧化膜表面孔隙率较高且微孔大小均匀一致;在膜层D中均具有较高的生物活性元素钙、磷、硅.因此,溶液D成为制备含硅生物活性PEO陶瓷膜的最佳电解液配方. Four types of PEO electrolytes containing Ca, P and Si have been prepared for fabrication of Siincorporated PEO film on pure titanium. The PEO process and the microstructure and composition of PEO film obtained in the four electrolytes were investigated respectively. The results showed that the thickness of PEO film formed in solution D was the highest with an appearance very uniform and smooth. SEM observation indicated that this PEO film present very high porosity and the size of micro -pores in the film were uniform and consistent. EPMA analysis showed that the bioactive element Ca, P, Si in solution D had been highly incorporated into the PEO film. Therefore, Solution D was considered to be the preferable electrolyte for PEO process.
