摘要
目的研究应用微弧氧化法在纯钛表面制备不同浓度锌涂层对成骨细胞(MG63)生物学特性的影响。方法在微弧氧化的电解液中加入一定浓度的钙和3种不同浓度的锌来处理纯钛片,制成低、中、高3种不同浓度的锌涂层,以钙不加锌作为对照组。通过扫描电镜、四甲基偶氮唑盐法(MTT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和骨钙素(OC)的检测来分析不同浓度的锌涂层对MG63黏附、增殖和分化的影响。结果 MG63在钙加低锌组表面生长最好,黏附、增殖和分化明显好于其他组,中锌组优于高锌组。结论应用微弧氧化法处理钛片,低浓度锌的加入可以促进MG63的生长,高浓度锌的加入则抑制MG63的生长。
Objective To study the influence of different concentrations of zinc coating on the surface of titanium modified by micro-arc oxidation on the biologic characteristics of osteoblasts(MG63).Methods Pure titanium samples were treated in the electrolyte of micro-arc oxidation with calcium and three different concentrations of zinc.Titanium samples were divided into three groups: low,secondary and high group according to zinc concentrations.Calcium without zinc was control group.We analyzed the influence of zinc coating on the adhesion,proliferation and differentiation of MG63 by scanning electron microscope,MTT Assay,alkaline phosphatase(AKP) activity and Osteocalcin(OC) measurements.Results Adhesion,proliferation and differentiation of MG63 in low concentration group were significantly better than other groups.Secondary zinc group was better than the high zinc group.Conclusions In micro-arc oxidation process,low concentration of zinc can promote the growth of MG63,while high concentration of zinc can inhibit the growth of MG63.
