摘要
利用羟基磷灰石对有机质良好的吸附性,在TiO2光催化剂表面包覆少量羟基磷灰石,可改善TiO2对有机物的吸附性能。采用3种不同组成的钙磷包覆溶液,在TiO2表面包覆羟基磷灰石。用扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析羟基磷灰石包覆TiO2粉体的结构和组成;研究钙磷包覆溶液组成、TiO2包覆时间、羟基磷灰石包覆量等对TiO2光催化性能的影响。结果表明:在pH值为7.3、40℃恒温反应6h,羟基磷灰石可沉积在TiO2表面。表面包覆0.2%~0.5%(按质量计)羟基磷灰石的TiO2颗粒,光催化性能有明显提高。
TiO2 is an excellent photocatalyst for decomposing deleterious organic compounds, deodorization and antibacteria. The photocatalytic property of TiO2 was improved by coating hydroxyapatite on the surface of TiO2 particles. The coatings were performed by dispersing TiO2 particles in three kinds of aqueous solutions containing different compositions of calcium, phosphorus and sodium. The structure and composition of the TiO2 coated with hydroxyapatite were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The photocatalytic property of the TiO2 coated with hydroxyapatite was studied and the effects of different coating solutions containing calcium and phosphorus, coating time and hydroxyapatite coating contents on the photocatalytic property of the TiO2 were also investigated. The results show that hydroxyapatite can be coated on the surface of TiO2 particles at the conditions of pH value 7.3 and temperature of 40°C for 6 h. The photocatalytic properties of the TiO2 particles coated with 0.2%-0.5% (in mass) hydroxyapatite are remarkably improved.
