摘要 使用银/硫离子选择性电极,建立了对痕迹量银离子的快速检测方法。研究pH值、干扰离子对检测的影响,考察了方法的线性范围、精密度与加标回收率,取得了满意的成果。本法的线性范围为(1~100)×10-6,线性相关系数R2=0.999 1,相关标准偏差1.50%,检测限为1×10-6,加标回收率在94%~104%。本方法灵敏度高、操作简单快捷、抗共存离子干扰,适合于各种水溶液中痕迹量银离子的检测,并可对银离子浓度进行原位在线检测。 A rapid method was developed for the determination of trace Ag^+ in water samples.Ag/S ion selective electrode was used as the detector.The linear range of the calibration curves for Ag^+ is(1~100)×10^-6 with a correlation coefficients of 0.999 1.The detection limit is 1×10^-6.The relative standard deviation is 1.5% and the recovery is in the range of 94%~104%.
