摘要
基于存在活化剂a,a′-联吡啶和增敏剂TritonX-100,Ag(Ⅰ)催化过硫酸钾氧化曙红的反应,拟定了测定痕量Ag的新催化荧光速率法。由于添加了TritonX-100,灵敏度提高9倍。测定银含量线性范围为4~12ng/ml,相对标准偏差为2.6%(n=9),检出限为5×10-4μg/ml。可用于测定Pb和光谱感光板中的Ag。
A new catalytic fluorescence rate method for the determination of trace amount of Ag(Ⅰ) had been developed. The method was based on the oxidation of eosin by potassium periodate in the presence of a a′ -bipyridyl as an activator and TritonX-100 as a sensitizer. Because of the addition of TritonX-100, the sensitivity rised 9 times. The linear range of determinating Ag(Ⅰ)was 4~12 ng/ml. The detection limit was 5×10^-4μg/ml, the relative standard deviation was 2.6%(n=9). The method can be used for the determination of silver in lead and spectral photographic plate.
