摘要
综述了近年来离子选择性电极在食品分析中的应用,对酶电极的应用也作了介绍。对离子选择性电极在食品分析中应用的前景进行了展望。
Progress of applications of ion-selective electrodes in food analysis in recent years is reviewed with the applications of enzyme electrodes described also. The prospect of applications of ion-selective electrodes in food analysis is discussed.
