中药抗抑郁活性成分药理学研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 抑郁症是一种普通的精神疾病,其确切病因至今尚未阐明。大量的研究资料提示,抑郁症的病理改变主要涉及中枢神经系统功能、免疫功能、神经内分泌功能及神经可塑性异常等。由此建立的假说主要有单胺假说、神经递质受体假说、情感性精神障碍的神经激肽假说、神经内分泌功能改变假说、脑、神经细胞和信号分子水平异常、免疫系统异常假说等神经生物学争论。但目前,多数人认可去甲肾上腺素(NE)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)、乙酰胆碱(Aeh)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)等可能参与的神经生化机制,所研发和应用的抗抑郁药也主要与神经生化机制相关的物质有关。本文就具有抗抑郁活性的天然药物药理学研究作一综述。
