摘要 代谢组学是系统生物学的分支之一,应用核磁共振和质谱等技术检测各种体液的代谢物变化,研究各种代谢物分子及其功能,有助于发现相关疾病发生早期的代谢组标志物簇,深入理解相关病理发生的分子机制,为恶性肿瘤的早期诊断及个体化治疗等方面提供广阔的应用前景。 Metabolomics is one of the branches of systems biology,which employs nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry technologies to detect the abnormal metabolites from a variety of body fluids.Study of various molecules and their functions may help to find the disease-related early metabolic marker clusters,understand the molecular mechanism of pathogenesis,which provides broad prospects for the early diagnosis and individualized treatment of malignant tumors.
