摘要
蛋白质组学已经成为当今研究肿瘤转移领域的核心技术之一,在筛选肿瘤转移相关蛋白方面中取得了许多进展。通过蛋白组学技术可以找到肿瘤转移相关蛋白,不仅有助于揭示肿瘤发生、发展的分子机制,为肿瘤转移诊断和预后预测提供生物学标志物,还可以为肿瘤治疗提供靶点。
Proteomics has already become one of the key methods and made great progress in the research of turnout metastasis. By means of proteomics technique, metastasis-related proteins can be identified to illustrate the molecular mechanism of carcinogenesis. Proteomics provide not only reli- able evidence for an early diagnosis and prognosis, but also novel therapeutic targets for tumors. In this review, proteomics progression in tumor metastasis of digestion system in recent years were ex- pounded.
