摘要
远程教育质量是现代远程教育建设的重中之重,建立远程教育内部质量保证体系是国内外远程教育工作者关注的核心问题。基于全面质量管理理论,分析英美两国有关该问题的研究成果,从课程开发子系统、学生支持子系统、教学管理子系统三个维度出发,构建现代远程教育的内部质量保证体系模型,以期为增加我国远程教育的社会认同度和提高远程教育的质量作出贡献。
The establishment of distance education's internal quality assurance system is a essential problem that attracts the attentions of distance educators both home and abroad.Based on the Total Quality Control theory,the article analyzes research outcomes from UK and the US,constructs a MDE internal quality assurance system that consists of three sub-systems:course development,learners' support and instruction management.
