摘要
对网络教育毕业设计质量进行评价,是网络教育管理者必须面对的问题。本文针对网络教育的特点,构建了网络教育毕业设计质量评价指标体系,旨在探索提高网络教育质量的途径和方法,为进一步提高网络教育管理水平和毕业设计质量提供决策依据。
With the rapid progress of e-learning in our country, evaluation on quality of e- learning is now a principal research topic in degree education. To make an accurate objective and fair assessment on quality of graduation design in e-learning relates to accurate assessment of e- learning quality. The author firstly sums up and makes an analysis of some issues in methods, principles, criteria, contents and authenticity of the results in e-learning assessment, then he further raised 5 principles of assessing the quality of graduation design in e-learning: orientated, scientific, objective, practical and concise. Taking the above-mentioned principles as foundation and through investigation activity, the author creates an assessment indicator system on quality of graduation design in e-learning. This assess-ment system makes use of expertise method of survey, R- type factor analysis, systematic analysis to define indicator items. Balance of various- grade indicators are defined according to experts' opinions on average law, Delphi, Ahp, etc. Establishing assessment indicator system on quality of graduation design in e-learning aims to explore and improve channel and method in e-learning quality and to provide evidence for deci- sion- makers for improving e-learning quality.
