远程教育产业化是中国远程教育发展的趋势之一，产业化过程中必然会有企业的加盟。如何发挥企业办学的优点，克服其自身的弱点，从而保证其办学的质量，这是企业办学能否生存的关键。本文系统地介绍了思科网络技术学院质量保证体系中的任务与责任、质量评估方法、学院运行计划、教学体系计划等方面的详细内容，并总结出对完善我国远程教育质量保证的启示。
Distance education industrialization is one of the trends of the development of distance education in china. In the industrialization course, enterprise is bound to join in. How to take the advantage of the enterprise and overcome its weakness is vital to the survival of enterprise running school. Quality Assurance System is playing an important role.
