摘要
通过Motic显微镜分析仪、XRD衍射仪和ICP光谱仪对粉煤灰纤维进行了结构和组成分析。探讨了影响粉煤灰纤维漂白的因素,得到最佳工艺条件为:过氧化氢用量6%,温度70℃,pH值8,漂白时间3h。漂后粉煤灰纤维的白度较未漂前提高了7.1个百分点。
Several analytical methods including X-ray diffraction, Motic microscopy analyzer and ICP were used to study the basic properties and components of ash fiber. Meanwhile the bleaching process of ash fibers was also studied. The brightness of bleached ash fibers reaches 77.9%, when H2O2 dosage is 6% ; bleaching temperature is 70℃ ; bleaching time is 3h; the pH value is 8, there is 7.1 brightness units increase compared with the unbleached ash fibers. Finally the properties of the paper containing fly ash fiber were tested.
