摘要
民族院校作为中国少数民族高等教育机构,应遵循少数民族高等教育发展的内在规律,以传承和创新高深的少数民族文化为其文化使命。民族文化的多元冲突与整合、民族文化传统与现代化的调适是民族文化发展中的两对基本矛盾,是民族高等教育发展的文化根基。民族院校发展除了坚持作为大学的普遍意义上的文化逻辑,还应以少数民族文化为其特殊的文化逻辑,深刻把握民族文化发展中的基本矛盾,以传承和发展高深的民族文化为核心,构建跨文化的民族高等教育理念,走跨文化的高等教育发展之路。
The mission of ethnic colleges is to hand down and innovate profound ethnic culture. The multiple conflict and integration of ethnic culture, and the adjustment between ethnic cultural tradition and modernization are the two contradictions in development of ethnic culture ; they are the cultural basis of the development of ethnic college education. Ethnic college has ethnic culture as its particular cultural logic besides its general cultural logic. It is proposed that the basic conflicts in ethnic cultural development should be handled and we take the hand-down and development of ethnic culture as core and construct the perception of ethnic college education and take the road of Cross-cultural development of higher education.
