摘要
纳他霉素(Natamycin)是一种广谱的多烯大环内酯类抗真菌抗生素。由于它高效的抑菌效果而被广泛应用于食品防腐和真菌引起的疾病的治疗。对纳他霉素抗菌活性、作用机制、毒性、特别是当前纳他霉素的生产研究状况进行综述。
Natamycin is a broad spectrum polyene maerolide antifungal antibiotic. Because of its highly effective antiseptic effects it has been widely used in food preservation and the control of diseases caused by fungi. The antibiotic activity, action mechanism, toxicity, especially current production and study of natamycin were summarized in this paper.
