摘要
采用旋转流变仪和扫描电子显微镜考察加工助剂对EPDM/PP/SiO2共混物流变行为的影响.结果表明,随着石蜡油用量的增加,EPDM/PP体系中填料的分散效果逐渐显著;在相同用量下,KH-570比Si-69对填料具有更好的分散效果;超支化聚酰胺酯具有类似硅烷偶联剂的"桥接"作用,对EPDM/PP体系中的填料粒子具有明显的分散效果.
Effects of addition agents on the rheological behaviors of EPDM/PP/SiO2 were investigated by rotary rheometer and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the effective dispersedness of the fillers in the EPDM/PP blends was increased gradually with the increase of the paraffin oil amount. The dispersion efficiency of KH-570 on filler is better than Si-69 in the same amount. Furthermore, hyper-branched polyamide ester, which was similar to the "bridge" role of the silane coupling agent, was efficient to improve the dispersion effect of the filler particles in EPDM/PP blends.
