摘要
采用两种共混工艺分别制备出以分散和包覆结构为主的PP/EVA/nano-CaCO3三元复合材料FCa3和BCa3,通过对三元复合材料力学性能的测试和热性能的表征,以及对微观形貌和冲击断面的观察分析,讨论了共混工艺对三元复合材料性能与结构的影响。实验结果表明,BCa3的屈服强度,杨氏模量,维卡软化温度均高于FCa3,而FCa3的屈服应变,断裂伸长率和冲击韧性却大于BCa3,揭示出EVA-nano-CaCO3包覆结构比分散结构具有较好的增强作用。
The PP/EVA/nano-CaCO3 ternary composites FCa3 and BCa3, in which there was mainly a dispersion structure and a encapsulation structure respectively, were prepared by using two different blending processes, respectively. The effect of the blending process on properties and structure of those ternary composites were discussed, which was based on the mechanical properties testing, the characterization for their thermal properties as well as the observation and analysis for micro morphologies and the fracture morphology of the ternary composites. Results showed that the yield strength, Yang's Modulus and Vicat softening temperature of ternary composites BCa3 were higher than that of FCa3, while the yield strain, elongation at the break and the impact toughness of composites FCa3 were better than those of BCa3, which indicated that the EVA-nano-CaCO3 encapsulation structure had the better capability to improve the strength of the composites rather than the dispersion structure.
